Included at the rates shown aboveCall to orderHow an authorized partner handles your order
One call, start to finish
The same person checks your address, goes over the plans Astound offers there and places the order, all in one call. We are an independent authorized partner of Astound Broadband. Your order goes into Astound's own system, and Astound runs the network.
Order lineWhich kind of rate you are getting
Astound's rates differ by market. Some are promotional and some are Price for Life. Before you agree to anything, we tell you which kind you are being quoted and, for a promotion, the rate that comes after it.
Your address, checked during the call
Whether Astound serves a home is settled address by address. We check yours while we talk, and nothing is ordered until that check is done.
Any contract terms, named first
According to Astound, Price for Life plans have neither a contract nor a cancellation penalty. Some other promotions come with terms of their own, and we point them out when they apply.
If you cancel in the first 30 days
Astound's money-back guarantee covers you if you are a new residential customer and cancel within 30 days of install. The refund can be as much as one month of recurring service and equipment fees, paid within 60 days provided all conditions are met. Usage-based fees are not refunded.
Where Astound says it has service
Astound Broadband publishes the areas below. A place on this list is not proof that service reaches your address, or that fiber-powered speeds are built to it. Astound decides both one address at a time.
- California
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- New York
- Oregon
- Pennsylvania
- Texas
- Virginia
- Washington
- Washington, D.C.
Astound may add or drop service areas at any time.

What to know before you order
No. We are an independent, authorized partner of Astound Broadband services. Astound owns the brand and runs the network; our part is checking your address and placing the order. Final service terms are confirmed directly on your official Astound order.
No. You are charged Astound's price for the plan, and our help with the address check and the order is free. If ordering from Astound directly suits you better, that works just as well.
On its Price for Life plans, Astound publishes fiber-powered tiers up to 1.5 Gig (1,500 Mbps). Astound also says its fiber-powered internet reaches selected locations and that availability differs from area to area, so the speeds open to you depend on the exact address. We check it before anything is ordered.
It is a rate lock Astound runs on select fiber plans of Gig speed and above. Astound says your monthly rate will not go up as long as the service stays active. There is no contract, and canceling carries no penalty. The lock does not cover taxes, surcharges, fees or one-time charges.
It depends on which you choose. DIRECTV comes through Astound's partnership: live TV streams over your Astound internet to DIRECTV's Gemini device, with no satellite dish needed. That option has a 2-year price guarantee and needs Astound Internet of at least 100 Mbps. Astound TV, powered by TiVo, is Astound's own product.
Not on Price for Life. Astound says those plans come without a contract or a cancellation penalty. A different promotion may have terms of its own, and if it does, you hear about them before you agree to anything.
Astound's 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee covers new residential customers who cancel in the first 30 days after install. You can get back up to a month of recurring service and equipment fees, and Astound issues the refund within 60 days if every condition is met. Usage-based fees are not included.

- Activation and installation
- Astound charges a one-time activation fee of $14.99, in addition to any installation fee. Self-installation is free for new internet service where available. If self-installation is unavailable or unsuccessful, a $99.95 professional installation fee may apply; professional installation is free with a valid coupon code.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Astound's stated terms: "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for new residential customers who cancel within 30 days of install. Max refund = 1 month's recurring service & equip. fees. Refund issued within 60 days if all conditions met. Excludes usage-based fees."

- Whole Home WiFi equipment
- Whole Home WiFi powered by eero is included with 2 Gig+ service. On lower speeds it is a paid add-on. Astound publishes conflicting equipment figures across its own pages, so no rate is shown here — call for the rate that applies to your plan and market.
