A clear split of responsibilities so there are no surprises: we help you choose and order; the provider delivers everything after that.
1. What we do
- Show every internet, TV, phone, mobile and security provider reported in your ZIP.
- Explain speeds, technologies, promotional and regular pricing, fees, contract terms and installation options.
- Confirm availability at your exact address with the provider.
- Place your order in the provider’s system and give you the confirmation details.
- Point you to the right provider department later if you need it.
2. What the provider does
The provider is solely responsible for equipment, installation (self-install kit or technician), activation, billing, taxes and fees, service quality, outages, plan changes, cancellations, technical support and any service-level commitments. Those matters are handled directly with the provider under its terms.
3. The order process
Compare online → call (877) 543-8021 → we confirm your address and choices → the order is entered with the provider → you receive the provider’s confirmation. Payment details and account setup happen in the provider’s secure system, never with us.
4. Timelines and pricing
Installation timing, promotional periods, regular rates and fees are set by the provider and vary by address and market. Any timelines we mention are estimates from the provider’s stated norms; the provider’s confirmation governs.
5. If something goes wrong
For any issue after ordering — a missed appointment, a billing question, a speed problem — contact the provider first; they hold your account and can act on it. If you cannot reach the right team, call us and we will help you find it.
