No. AZ Wireless is an independent authorized agent. On a phone call we check your address, go over the tiers with you and place the order. After that, Kinetic installs the service, sends your bills and provides support under its own terms.
The lowest tier is 300 Mbps at $39.99/mo and the highest is Fiber Max 2 Gig at $79.99/mo. Every price shown here already has the $5/mo AutoPay credit taken off. Add taxes, fees and the equipment charge to that. The tiers you can order depend on your address.
No. The residential fiber plans come without an annual contract. The price guarantee on each tier sets how long Kinetic keeps your rate unchanged; it does not bind you to stay for that period.
No. Data is unlimited on the residential fiber plans. You will not be slowed down or charged more after reaching a certain amount.
The tier moves to Kinetic’s standard rate. We tell you that figure on the call, before anything is ordered, since it says more about the plan than the opening price does.
The fiber plans include professional installation. A technician sets up the equipment, checks that the signal gets to the rooms farthest from the gateway and stays until everything is working.
