1. Who we are
The site is operated by AZ Wireless LLC, 62 East Main Street, Bergenfield, NJ 07621, an independent retailer authorized to sell the providers listed as such on our Providers page. We are not Charter Communications, Inc. or any other carrier, and nothing on this site should be read as a statement by a carrier.
2. Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest content or coverage data in bulk without written permission, interfere with the site’s operation, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us. Our guides and comparisons may be quoted with attribution and a link.
3. Orders and service agreements
When you order through us, the order is fulfilled by the provider and your service agreement is with the provider under its own terms, which you should review before ordering. We are not a party to that agreement. If information on this site conflicts with the provider’s official terms or order confirmation, the provider’s documents control.
4. Pricing and availability
Prices, speeds and promotions on this site are indicative, reflect provider-advertised offers as of the review date shown, vary by address and change without notice. Coverage results estimate availability from federal data and are not a guarantee of service at a specific address. The provider confirms pricing and availability at the time of order.
5. Intellectual property
Our original text, comparisons, guides, code and design are the property of AZ Wireless LLC. Provider names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used under authorization or for descriptive purposes. SPECTRUM and related marks are trademarks of Charter Communications, Inc.
6. Coverage data and no warranty
The site and its coverage tool are provided “as is”. We make no warranty that coverage results, prices or other information are accurate, current or complete, and we disclaim implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AZ Wireless LLC and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from services provided by any provider. Our total liability for direct damages arising from the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AZ Wireless LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts of that state. Before filing, you agree to contact us at (877) 543-8021 and give us 30 days to resolve the matter informally.
10. General
If any provision is unenforceable it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. These terms, our Privacy Policy and the other policies linked from the site are the entire agreement between you and AZ Wireless LLC regarding the site. Last updated September 27, 2026.
