What comes with Vivint

Monitoring with real people behind it

Vivint runs its own centers

Vivint employs the people in its monitoring centers and does not hand the work to an outside company.

A person checks first

When an alarm goes off, someone confirms it is real before calling emergency services.

Planned for your layout

The technician looks at your doors, windows and blind spots, then decides where each piece of equipment goes. You do not have to work that out yourself.

Still connected in an outage

The system uses a cellular connection with battery backup. A cut line or a power failure does not stop the monitoring.

Help without a phone in hand

Getting help does not depend on someone holding a phone. That matters for older adults and for children home alone.

Possible insurance savings

With a monitored system, your homeowners or renters premium may drop. Your insurer decides what applies to you.
