The quick answer
Spectrum Internet® 100 (100 Mbps) is $30/mo for 1 year, Internet 500 (500 Mbps) is $40/mo and Internet 1 Gig is $60/mo. New Internet customers also get one Unlimited Mobile service included for 12 months, the lead offer right now. Combine two or more services and the Internet price falls to $20, $30 or $40 by tier, while the price guarantee runs 2 or even 3 years instead of 1. Each section below takes one deal from its promotional price to what follows it. Availability and pricing vary by address and are confirmed by Spectrum at the time of order.
Three Internet tiers, and the price after the promo
Homes can choose from three speeds right now, each priced for its first year:
- Spectrum Internet® 100: up to 100 Mbps, $30/mo for 1 year
- Spectrum Internet® 500: up to 500 Mbps, $40/mo for 1 year
- Spectrum Internet® 1 Gig: $60/mo for 1 year, and Spectrum Advanced WiFi comes with it at no extra charge
All three include a free modem, and none has a data cap or a contract. The promotional price lasts a year. After that the plan moves to Spectrum’s standard rate, a figure Spectrum confirms when the order is placed. Expect that change and budget for it now, rather than meeting it for the first time on a bill. A 1-year price guarantee at least tells you which month it arrives.
Advanced WiFi is Spectrum’s whole-home router system. It costs $10/mo with Internet 100 or Internet 500 and is free with Internet 1 Gig or with any bundle. WiFi Extenders cost $5/mo each and require Advanced WiFi. In a large house, or one with thick walls, ask about both before you order.
Multi-Gig tiers now carry prices too: 2 Gig is $80/mo and 7 Gig is $140/mo, both in select markets only. A top speed sold only in select markets is exactly why we check the street address before quoting it, so call and we will tell you whether yours qualifies.
Free Unlimited Mobile service, then the regular rate
Order any Spectrum Internet® plan and you get free Unlimited Mobile service for the first 12 months on one Spectrum Mobile® line. From month 13 the line bills at the standard Unlimited rate: $40/mo if it is your only line, or $30/mo per line once you have two or more.
The conditions are short, and each one counts:
- Limited to one promotional line per account. The free service does not stack. However many phones you add, one of them is covered.
- Auto Pay is required before the promotional discount applies.
- Tablets are excluded. The free service has to be on a smartphone.
- Spectrum Internet® is required. The promotion holds only while your Internet service stays active.
The line itself carries unlimited talk, text and data nationwide, full-speed data up to 30 GB per line, nationwide 5G and a mobile hotspot, which slows after 5 GB of hotspot use.
Who it suits: if you are ordering Spectrum Internet anyway, the service is free for a year and simple to take. If you mean to keep another mobile carrier, set your bill against the Spectrum rate from month 13 on, because from then it is a paid line.
The $1,000 Savings Guarantee, step by step
The offer in one line: move your Internet and at least two mobile lines from Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T, and Spectrum guarantees you save at least $1,000 in your first year against what you were paying. If the savings come up short, Spectrum makes up the difference in bill credits.
What happens, in order:
- Order Spectrum Internet® with at least two Spectrum Mobile® lines, porting in at least two numbers from one of the three eligible carriers.
- Send Spectrum recent statements from your previous Internet and mobile providers within 60 days of installation, so it can run the comparison.
- Spectrum works out your first-year savings. At $1,000 or more, nothing further happens and the savings are yours. Below that, Spectrum pays the difference as equal monthly bill credits across the first year.
- Keep both Internet and Mobile active for the whole year. Cancel early and any credits still to come are forfeited.
The yardstick is comparable service: Internet, WiFi and Mobile, taxes and fees included. If your mobile provider is not one of the three named carriers, the guarantee does not apply.
How the math lands depends on what you pay today. Call (877) 543-8021 with your current bills nearby and we will go through them with you before you commit to anything.
TV bundles and the two buyouts
Here is one TV bundle taken apart: Internet 500 + Stream TV Signature at $130/mo for 2 years. It includes:
- Spectrum Internet® 500 (500 Mbps) at $30/mo in the bundle, against $40 on its own
- Spectrum Stream TV® Signature at $100/mo for 1 year (standard rates apply after the promotional period), with 150+ channels and roughly $114/mo worth of streaming apps included: HBO Max Basic With Ads, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Unlimited, Paramount+ Essential, Peacock Premium, discovery+, FOX One, AMC+ with Ads and ViX Premium with ads
- Spectrum Advanced WiFi at no charge, as in every bundle
- A Xumo Stream Box for as long as the bundle term runs
- A 2-year price guarantee, where Internet on its own gets 1 year
Pair Internet 1 Gig with the same TV plan and the total is $140/mo, also guaranteed for 2 years, with Cloud DVR Unlimited added at no extra charge.
Under contract with your current TV provider? The TV Contract Buyout covers up to $500 of early termination fees with qualifying TV + Internet packages. It pays the termination fee, not any equipment return fees your old provider may charge, so switching is not always free of cost. Tell us what your contract says and we will go through it with you.
Still paying off phones with your current carrier? The Phone Balance Buyout covers up to $2,500 per account when you switch at least two lines and port in at least two numbers to Spectrum Mobile®. Terms apply, and the required disclosures below list them in full.
When to pass on each deal
Every offer here suits some households and not others. These are the cases where we would tell you to pass:
Pass on the free Mobile service if your household is on a family plan it is happy with. One Spectrum line beside that plan leaves you managing two carriers. The offer makes the most sense when the whole household is moving its mobile service.
Pass on the Savings Guarantee if your mobile service is not with Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T, the only three carriers it covers. It also needs at least two mobile lines to switch; one line alone does not qualify.
Pass on the TV bundle if you already pay for most of the included apps separately and are content to keep managing them. The bundle gives up that flexibility: cancel the TV tier and the apps go with it.
Pass on the 3-year lock if you could move within three years. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and the lock guarantees the price, not how long you stay. Still, if a move looks likely, a 1-year standalone plan is the better fit.
Ordering through AZ Wireless
AZ Wireless is an independent Spectrum Authorized Retailer, and we place Spectrum orders by phone at (877) 543-8021. Here is the route the call takes:
- The address first: we check what Spectrum offers at your exact street address before any plan comes up.
- Then the numbers: the promotional price, the standard rate once the guarantee ends, what bundling saves and where the Mobile line fits. You choose what works.
- Then the order: it goes straight to Spectrum, and from then on your billing, installation and equipment are all Spectrum’s.
You pay Spectrum’s advertised residential price, with nothing added for going through us. Spectrum may pay us a commission when you sign up; no provider pays us for placement in our results. You are under no obligation to order, and if a deal does not fit once we have talked it through, we will say so.
Check your address with us first, then decide.
