About Xfinity Internet
Most Xfinity internet plans have no annual contract. Changing, upgrading or canceling one does not trigger an early-termination fee. The terms still depend on the plan and your address, and we confirm them before your order goes in.
Eligible Xfinity internet plans lock the monthly rate for a set period. For the offers on this page, that period is five years. Older plans and some markets have shorter ones, so the length comes with the specific offer, not with Xfinity in general. The guarantee covers the base service rate only: taxes, fees and any features you add are outside it and can still change. Because terms vary by address, we tell you the exact guarantee on the offer you are considering when you call.
Not on most current plans. The Xfinity Gateway, a modem and WiFi router in one box, comes as part of the service. You can use your own compatible modem instead if you prefer. When you order, we confirm which equipment goes with the plan you choose.
